Every culture, every kind of celebration

A Note On the Area

Every kind of wedding lives here.

Los Angeles is not one wedding city. It is a dozen of them stacked together. A garden ceremony in Bel-Air. A rooftop reception over downtown. A private estate in the Hollywood Hills. A historic ballroom in Pasadena. A coastal venue in Malibu where the Pacific does half of the design work for you.

After a decade of planning here, what we know is this: the right wedding for you in Los Angeles already exists. The work is finding it, the venue, the vendors, the rhythm of a day that holds the city’s energy without being overwhelmed by it. That is the part we do.

We plan across all of LA County and the surrounding areas, with working relationships with the vendors we recommend, so the day actually moves the way it is supposed to.

Where We Plan in Los Angeles

The areas we know well.

Not an exhaustive list, just the areas we plan in most often, and the venues that define them.

i.

Bel-Air and Beverly Hills

For couples who want timeless luxury: private estates, hotel ballrooms, intimate garden ceremonies. The kind of wedding where the venue alone tells half the story.

Venues in the area Hotel Bel-Air · The Beverly Hills Hotel · The Maybourne Beverly Hills · Greystone Mansion · private residences
ii.

Downtown and the Arts District

For couples who want the energy of the city: historic theaters, industrial lofts, rooftop reception spaces. Modern, urban, unmistakably Los Angeles.

Venues in the area Vibiana · The Majestic Downtown · The Millwick · Hudson Loft · Conrad Los Angeles
iii.

Malibu and the coast

For couples who want the Pacific to be part of the design. Cliffside ceremonies, vineyard estates, private homes opened just for the weekend.

Venues in the area Calamigos Ranch · Saddlerock Ranch · Cielo Farms · private coastal estates
iv.

Pasadena and the valley

For couples drawn to history and architecture: restored hotels, gardens with century-old roots, museum venues with character no new build can replicate.

Venues in the area The Langham Huntington · The Castle Green · Descanso Gardens · The Athenaeum

Why Couples Choose Us in Los Angeles

A planner who actually knows the city.

Los Angeles is a city where the wrong vendor recommendation can derail an entire day. The wrong caterer in Beverly Hills. The wrong florist for a downtown loft. The transportation company that does not know the security gate at a Bel-Air estate.

A decade here means we know which vendors deliver, and how the city actually moves on a wedding day.

  • i.
Hospitality-trained leadership. Before VVA, Tiffany managed restaurants for a Los Angeles hospitality group, including their Beverly Hills flagship, The Bazaar by Jose Andres. That training shapes how we treat every guest, vendor, and family member at every wedding.
  • ii.
Relationships built over a decade. After a little over a decade of weddings, we know which vendors actually deliver and which only photograph well. We recommend from working relationships, never an affiliate list.
  • iii.
Cultural fluency where it matters. We have celebrated many cultures and traditions, and we approach every one with respect and a genuine willingness to learn from family elders when there is something we do not already know.
  • iv.
Calm in a city that is not always. LA traffic, parking restrictions, permit rules, fire-season risk, neighborhood noise ordinances. We have seen all of it, and we plan around it before it ever becomes your problem.

Common Questions

Planning a wedding in Los Angeles.

How much does a wedding planner in Los Angeles typically cost?

Planning in Los Angeles ranges widely by scope. Day-of management starts in the low four figures, partial planning in the mid four to low five figures, and full-service planning is usually a proportional percentage of the total budget.

We share exact pricing during the inquiry conversation, once we understand what you are planning. Every wedding is priced specifically, never from a templated rate.

What is the best time of year to get married in LA?

Most couples choose late spring (April to June) or early fall (September to October), when the weather is reliably beautiful. Coastal venues shine in summer, and winter weddings can be stunning indoors, often with better venue availability and pricing.

Do you have a preferred LA venue?

It depends entirely on the couple. The right venue for a 60-person dinner in Bel-Air is nothing like the right venue for a 300-guest celebration downtown. We recommend based on guest count, aesthetic, budget, and the kind of day you are imagining.

Do you plan multicultural weddings in Los Angeles?

Yes, frequently. Los Angeles is one of the most beautifully multicultural cities in the world, and many of our weddings blend traditions from both partners. We approach each one with respect and a willingness to learn from family elders when needed.
